The Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Insurance scheme is slightly different than that of the Montana scheme. According to this workers compensation insurance scheme, all employers who staff one or more full-time or part-time employees need to have a workers compensation package for the employees as well as their family members. However, there are certain categories of employers who are exempt from this scheme. For example, home, casual, domestic, and certain agricultural workers need not carry workers’ compensation insurance. Sole proprietors and partners are also exempt from carrying workers compensation insurance coverage for their employees.
